Attorney Kate E. Roberts practices immigration law and is licensed in Massachusetts and New York. She attended the University of Massachusetts, Amherst for her undergraduate studies in Resource Economics and Spanish Studies.  She later graduated from New England Law Boston in 2014 and practiced in Massachusetts and California for the past eight years. Her practice areas focus on humanitarian and family-based immigration relief.  She represents adults and children in removal defense case before the Executive Office of Immigration Review (EOIR), youth clients in obtaining special immigrant juvenile status, and clients seeking assistance with family based affirmative applications.

Attorney Roberts speaks Spanish fluently and is conversant in Portuguese.  She enjoys teaching and learning foreign languages, as well as international travel.  She is active in her faith and church community, and enjoys long-distance running.
